Spring Equinox Yoga

Special Yoga event: Spring Equinox 2022 - March 20th at 11:30am. Ancient sacred places are built on electromagnetic points on Earth. They are the points through which Earth breathes. This is why a spiritual journey to places of high scientific and spiritual energy helps us connect to our esoteric sanctuary; we step outside of time and in between the veils of realities where anything is possible. The temple is dedicated to the Supreme Being of Light Apollo, “The Sun god”. It is called Hylates because he is the protector of the trees. In the center of the temple resides the ancient Sun Disk that holds the wisdom regarding the spiritual connection to Apollo and the energy of the sun. Apollo, who is the supreme Being of light is responsible for the spiritual evolution of humans. The Spring Equinox is a time of regeneration and rebirth. Emerging from the cocooning of our winter hibernation state we are born into the version of our light, illuminated selves, embracing the lengthening of the day and creative energy of Spring. We invite you to celebrate the new earth energies as they emerge from the aligned sun state, with a Yin and Yang yoga flow led by @alexiaberta108 of Shakti Tribe and Michael Iacovazzi Pau of Kalyana Yoga. The Sun Moon balancing yoga practice is open to everyone regardless of your experience with yoga. Both Alexia and Michael are caring and experienced yoga instructors and as part of the Conscious Collective, the Well-being space in Limassol, envisione a collaborative space of joy, love, yoga, Mediation, hands on Therapies, healing practices and Conscious events to promote and support the elevation and spiritual development of people in Cyprus. Kirtan Cyprus, will be wrapping up the event with a beautiful, live mantra singing afternoon. Kirtan Cyprus is also a member of the Conscious Collective Cyprus.
